Viva in Kuwait saw a rise of 0.35 Mbps, reaching an average speed of 3.53 Mbps.

Similarly, NextGen in Romania increased by 0.34 Mbps to an average of 4.48 Mbps, recovering from a previous month's decline.

Portugal made a significant leap on the country rankings, moving up five positions to 28th place.

Conversely, Hong Kong experienced the most substantial negative shift for the month.

The region fell seven spots to 17th in the country rankings, following a large jump in January.

This decline was driven by sharp drops from two major services.

I-Cable's fiber offering decreased by 0.67 Mbps to a 4.17 Mbps average.

Its cable service also fell by 0.53 Mbps, averaging 3.79 Mbps.
