It's no secret the Washington Commanders were furiously shopping to land a quarterback for 2022, and on Wednesday they finally landed their guy. After the two players thought to be their first two options -- Aaron Rodgers and Ru sell Wilson -- were re-signed and traded, respectively, on Tuesday, the Commanders have reportedly traded draft picks to the Colts for Carson Wentz, In an unequivocal win for the Colts, the Commanders will eat Wentz's $28 million (AUD$38,259,060) cap hit, Wentz played just Brian Hayward Jersey one season for the Colts, leading Indianapolis to a 9-8 record. They mi sed the playoffs after losing to the Jacksonville Jaguars in the last week of the season, and it was no secret they were looking to move off of Wentz after trading a third round pick and a conditional pick that converted from a second to a first when Wentz played over 75 percent of snaps last season.Wentz is being traded with three years left on his contract.With the Colts, Wentz had a solid season on paper, completing 62.4 percent of his pa ses for 3,563 yards, 27 touchdowns, and just seven interceptions.
