Kutztown isn't the only Lehigh Valley college to decide to bring back all students for the fall semester, but its plan has drawn the most vocal opposition from faculty, who have mobilized in tandem with parents and students to call for more safety measures and transparency, and have floated the idea of a no confidence vote.
