HOUSTON – A former employee at a Pearland area imaging center is claiming he was not compensated for overtime. David Daya filed a complaint on Aug. 25 in the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Texas Houston Division against Sky MRI & Diagnostics LLC, Badshah Management LLC and Akbar Ali, alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and breach of contract.
