’He was a maniac’: Wild gunman hits an intended target, but stray bullets also wound man and woman in their third-floor Brooklyn apartment

The couple were home in their apartment in the Marcy Houses, on Marcy Ave. at Park Ave., in Bedford-Stuyvesant, when gunshots cracked through the air just before 10:40 p.m., cops said.
