1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.

2. Click on the Users tab in the left-hand menu.

3. Click the "Add New" button at the top of the page.

4. Enter a username and email address for your new user, then click the "Show Password" button to generate a secure password for them. Make sure to copy this password and send it to them via email or other secure means, as they will need it to log in.

5. Select the "Administrator" role from the dropdown menu under "Role". This will give your new user access to all of WordPress' features and settings.

6. Click "Add New User" at the bottom of the page, and you're done! Your new admin user is now ready to log in and start using WordPress!
