Clint Eastwood is an American actor, filmmaker, musician, and political figure. He rose to international fame with his role as the Man with No Name in Sergio Leone's Dollars Trilogy of spaghetti Westerns during the 1960s and as antihero cop Harry Callahan in the five Dirty Harry films throughout the 1970s and 1980s. He has also directed many successful films, including Unforgiven (1992), Million Dollar Baby (2004), and Gran Torino (2008). He has been involved in politics since the 1970s, when he was mayor of Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. In 2020 he endorsed Donald Trump for re-election.
